[Triggerjay]

I actually took the head, and put it directly under my ro faucet at the sink, and rubbed off as much brown as I could... the first time I did it, I thought I killed it due to the way it looked... then once back in the tank, it started to open..I did this for about a week,... and a month later, it is fully restored to its formerly glory. I kept it under the faucet for about a minute each day.. But like I said, it worked for me, but prob not the preferred method.. Its all I could think to do at the time...
