The first snow here that has any accumilation, people forget how to drive a bit more safely. They still drive over the speed limit and usually there are spinouts and accidents all over. Either way, snail pace or fast, they cause accidents and back up the rush hour drives. In Detroit it's rush hour all day usually, I'm so glad I don't have to drive through there. |
