| Re: Here We Go Again! I agree. LR doesn't need light and the organisms that are on the LR don't either. Yes there probably are some organisms that need light on the TBSW rock, but they are few and far between. What is important are the worms, stars, good crabs, coraline algae and anaerobic bacteria that are good and don't require light. In fact many of them are nocturnal. Primarily, a healthy tank is teeming with life night and day. It's what you can't see that is vital to the ecosystem and is what makes it tick! The pretty fish are secondary, IMO. |
