Why would you have to get rid of everything? Looks like you have some good things to start with just need a few additions. First would be more LR. Since you have such a low bio-load you should be reasaobably ok for now but I would definitele get more before re-stocking,
Just noticed you are on the other side of the state, Don't give up. It is so worth it when things go well.
