It's a project to say the least but it's coming aalong well. Robert to answer your questions: the skimmer for this tank is a MRC MR-2 powered by a Mag 18, lighting will start out being a combination of 2 - 250w MH and the 4- 54w T5's from the 110 ( I'm going to play with the lighting) until I come up with the combination I like. It will have a fine layer of sand which may wind up a SSB. I like the Octopus skimmer very much. I'll be moving it to the 65 gal I'm working on for the office. |
