Hi...my name is Grannyf (Joan)...I am a 69 year old retired person loving every minute!!!!! Some of my family think I am nuts cause I now have a 30gallon freshwater. a 75 gallon freshwater, a 2 1/2 gallon freshwater (baby tank), a 1 gallon home for my Beta, and last but not least my new 14 gallon Oceanic Bio-Cube Saltwater tank. It has been up and running now for 6 weeks and I have in it: a 6 line wrasse; a "Nemo"; a yellow watachman goby; a Peppermint Shrimp; a Camel Shrimp; a red flame scallop; a feather duster that is not "dusting"...showing its self; and a serpent starfish that lives under the big life rock; also the clean up crew of snails and crabs. I found out after I put the shrimp in the tank that they will eat the yellow polyps I had...so took the polys back....now I am wondering what kind of coral I can have with these shrimp??????????????? and, what else can I add to my itty bitty tank! I am also finding out that perhaps I do not need all this stuff they sold me...like the Nano Reef Part A and part B stuff they say add every day....and like the buffer to add when doing a water change!!!!!!!!
As you can see....I need alll the help I can get before I spend anymore money!!!!
