| I ahve an auto feeder that feeds a mix of form 1, 2, and prime reef 2ce a day. I supplement that with homemade mush (Reeflady's recipe... or something close) when I get around to it, hopefully that is 2-3 times a week. I target feed shrimp to the anemome, plate coral, open brain, and starfish. I will trow in an extra piece or two for the fish as well.
Then I try to feed nori 1-2 times a day so they have a constant supply but sometimes I miss that feeding.
