Yes, it is also called the Ruby Wrasse, Pink-margin Wrasse, Red-margined Wrasse. One of the issues is the scientific name is often mispelled.

It is not Cirrahilabrus rubromarginatus but Cirrahilabrus rubrimarginatus. It is a farily new species, 1992
