I am so sorry you are still having such troubles. I wish I could help and it seems like I should be able to since I have the same chiller. Ours worked perfectly from the time we hooked it up. We did have to move some furniture due to the heat output but it keeps the tank within a 3 degree range all the time. The only real difference is that I do not run a heater at all since the ambient temp in the room stays pretty constant due to AC and heat and my dislike of cold for myself.
