I would have to say that is way too much for a 35 gallon. Assuming you had no issues with the triggers getting along I would suggest at least 75-90 gallons of tank size.
Although snowflakes don't get very large, I would say from a husbandry point of view you want them in a 65-75 gallon tank long term. I suggest purchasing larger specimens as the tiny ones that are popular with the wholesalers these days are physically damaged pretty easily. Try to purchase one that is at least a foot long already, this will also reduce any picking by your trigger.
