 White almost chalky growth . .
I just noticed on a stalk or "petrified" coral that is seems to be developing this white fat chalky appearance earlier today. Then tonight I noticed on another piece of coral the same thing. It looks like a thick quick build up of chalky material. What is this and what's the good/bad of it? What causes it and does it need to be stopped if so HOW?
