I'm going to talk to them. The guy that helped me over the phone was great, I think his name was Ethan. I'm impressed with them on my first internet purchase. They called me the night before the shipment was to go out, to substitute a purple/red mushroom rock because they were out of blue mushroom rocks. Ethan told me the shipment was ready to ship, That was about 7:30 PM PST, Thursday. The package arrived Friday, by Fed EX at 10:00 am EST, Friday. Because of my ordeal, I didn't get the livestock in a tank until 7:30 PM, Friday. Today everything is fine-a testament to thier fine packaging.
