| Alot of cuts with a circular saw. You may think I am joking but that is the easiest way. Set the depth on the circular saw to be half the dimension of the piece you want to cut and make your first cut how far over you want the cuts to go. And then just go to town. When you have about 20 or so cuts done just knock out the pieces with a hammer and then clean it up with the saw again.
