Crocea clams are the halide needing species though. The only 2 species that are going to work under your lighting are the derasa and squamosa. The derasa has slick sides to the shell and the squamosa has shutes or things that stick out on the sides of the shell. The reason they are the lower lighting clams is due to their color patterns. They range in a whole variety of browns to golds to blue rims and green rims around the mantle. |
