How do they ship their fish? Counter to counter cargo or fed ex? Did you have an option to pick it up at the fed ex office unstead of door-to-door delivery? Shortest time possible is always best, but it amazes me what fish really handle. Slow acclimation is important. Don't open the bag at all until the temp is the same as your tank - most important rule!
