Add yours! | Re: best timer? Homedepot sells a digital timer that can be hardwired to a outlet. You can build a box with howevre many outlets you need hardwire the timer to the outlets you want to run on intervals and leave the rest constant. Be sure to use GFI on the constants except the ones with the return pump and heater. I will build one of these when I get my 8 footer with help from my friend who is an electrican and I will post instructions and a diagram at that time.
