Not enough light for corals but should be fine for the LR and fish. I don't think that is even enough light for softies, but you could try some mushrooms, xenia, or zoanthids. Those are some of the low light corals that might be possible. Really if you want corals you are going to have to add more light to keep most of them. Fish though should not be a problem.
