| Re: Lynn and Frank's saltwater adventure. Lynn, I would advise staying away from a mated pair of seahorses and going for either 2 males or 2 females. I used to have a 60 gallon seahorse setup with 5 males and 2 females. All of the males rotated having 2 sets of babies every 2 weeks and there can be as many as 400-1000 babies per set. Unless you take them out and try to raise them, which we did and out of probably 10,000 one made it until adulthood, they will get stuck in your filters causing nitrates and ammonia.
