Does anyone here use diatom filters on their tanks? I borrowed one from a lfs close to me and it was amazing what it pulled out of the water. My water was clear in one day. Ive been doing some research on them and trying to decide if this would be beneficial to run periodically ( not all the time) for cleansing of the water..
I was amazed to read that is can even help pull ick from the water column. it doesnt bother the good bacteria.
