Well ours is finally in and running. So far it is great. We had a bit of an issue when the first one was delivered damaged but a phone call and an email later and a new one was shipped and we were given a label to return the damaged one.
So basically I am saying great customer service even when presented with an issue (that was not their fault) and so far the product is working perfectly and very quietly.
