Smile Re: Reefkeeping Dangers

Hi,
I am constantly putting my hands in the water to brush off my rocks. This is why I think I need a better filter. I have a marine eclipse with one bio-wheel and a sea clone skimmer. I added a small odyssea underwater pump and another filter from wal-mart for a 10-20. Any recommendations

I also end up putting my hands in the tank to feed my new anemone, bubble I think. For a while he kept shrinking up so I would give him a piece of shrimp and of course Nemo kept stealing it. What's the best way to feed this anemone? Is there a way to feed it w/o putting my hands in the tank?

I always rinsed off my hands sometimes with soap now always.

Thanks
