Nice introduction and great photos.I applaud you on your thoroughness and patience.. Kudos to you quarantining your new fish!

I have a tigertail cucumber too. It has grown from 3" to approx 10-12"

Mine stays on the bottom and eats the sand. It does a great job of cleaning it
