i have known of 2 people with the same problem that your having,both have ended in the loss of thier anemone...for no reason the anemone retreated under a rock....bubbles usually love bright lights.........its very peculiar...i would definately get rid of anemone(just my opinion)just in case it wastes away,not making a recovery.....again this is my opinion based on cases ive seen personally........yours might be different
