The Nh3 and nh4 is what u should really be looking at,

you say you no2 still, thats not good No3 is ok cause thats normal after cycleage but
no2 is bad and mostly your not cylced yet.

were did you get your rock form and water?

my tank went up very quickly the rock i had and the water i first added were from a very exstablished system. thus not cycle. but if you have new rock and theres stuff that died in transport then the no2 will be up the nh4 will have to spike.

i would not do water changes, and i would let the tank run like you plan on runing it for a while b4 stocking it.
