Not being critical....but did you use a tripod?
IMO, that picture will not attain a sharp crisp look...more sharpening will simply make it grainier (I think I just made that word up
) and increase the noise in the pic.
When using the high pass sharpening, it is
very rare that I go higher than 30%, but I tend to prefer a slightly softer pic.
Then unshrp mask...I tend to use the default settings in photoshop, with the actions...I use it at whatever settings Travis had it set to when he posted the zip file
