Am I reading this right, you have a shrimp in with a pufferfish and a grouper? Both these fish will look at the shrimp no matter what type of shrimp it is as food. Your shrimp might not be coming out to eat because it knows predators are nearby and it doesn't want to risk itself. I'm surprised that the shirmp has lived this long to be honest.
