This is a little bitter sweet. Most people would love their anemone to stay in one place..... But yours has decided on a place where it is not easily seen. I you want to bother him and maybe make him peek out a little you could try to put a rock on his usual spot that he get his light from. This may force him to relocate to a brighter spot. I do not recomend moving him by hand, but if you distrupt his "nice spot" he may move to a new location, or just strech out for more light.... Could work...
