Nothing that I ever found really worked well. I've tried powerheads blasting directly on them, icing the foot, picking gently with a credit card to loosen the grip, NOTHING ever worked very well. I finally had to resort to either selling the rock with the anemone, (or loaning it out, because they generally move once they're in a new tank) or using a hammer & chisel to break the rock and send them with a piece of rock...they can be SO stubborn sometimes...and othertimes, you'd love it if they'd find one place and stay there!
