I use a trap. They are expensive and very well worth it. When I moved and had to catch about 20 fish it was almost effortless..... The trick is to not feed them for a few days. Bait the trap with food and use something long with a handle to shut the trap door. If you try shutting it with your hands they are gone as soon as they see your hand... I would shoot food in the tunnel with a turkey baster and shut the door with the tip of the baster as well. Very very slick.
