You have a very large bioload which is detrimental to the fishes health due to the physical crowding and water quality. Do what it takes to keep the nitrAtes down to 10 ppm or less.... removing fish, increasing the volume and frequency of water changes, upgrade to a better skimmer, remove ditritus, clean filters, etc....
