Clownfish Problem?

I am not sure if this is a problem or not. Looking at my Percula today, I noticed black feathery protrusions coming from the back of her gills. There are three on one side, and five on the other. I do not have good a good camera, or I would provide a pic. I cannot tell if these are just part of the gill, with the black from her stripe, or if they might be indicitave of some sort of parasite in her gills.

Does anyone here have any ideas? I have tried to find some pics online, but I have not seen any that show the gills close-up.
