i would just make sure to be careful and watch your water params.. if you want to keep some high light stuff checkout nanocustoms.com and nanotuners.com

they carry upgrades for the nanocubes.

i would go with one fish. probably a goby and a pistol shrimp. or a pair of percs, but i think they will get to big. at 4" of growth they wont have a whole lot of room to swim
