Thanks everyone for the kind words, I've worked long and hard on this, my first expedition into the world of satlwater aquaria. I do weekly 1 gallon water changes and dose 1/4 capfull of calcium addative with each change.
Other inhabitants of the Nano besides the two clowns, are a cleaner shrimp, bumble bee snails, astrea snails, and two "evil" blue legged hermit crabs.
Everything is stock on the setup except the return pump, which runs almost twice the amount of water per hour the stock one did. I also removed all sponges and media from the back compartments. I am running a fission skimmer in the first compartment, but I really think the only thing it is doing is creating millions of tiny little bubbles
