Just wanted to say Hello, and that I've just started my miniature ocean a week ago and the salinity, pH, nitrite and nitrate seems to be OK. I started with 40lbs of live rock and 50lbs of live sand along with Red Sea salt for the water mixture. One question... on the rock I have noticed a bunch of little shrimp looking creatures the day after mixing the water adding sand and rock. I have been looking all over the net for a pic of them so that I would know what they were (which is how I stumbled on this site) any ideas?
