Time for new filters woody.
How are you mixing up your mixed salt? 1 cup oceanic salt and 3 cups for every 8 gallons? or making up a gallon of water and mixing it into 3 gallons of IO?
Or something like that?
Also have you tested for consistency throughout the batch and from batch to batch?

I've always kept my levels pretty near what you tested the IO at anyways, except when I switched to oceanic for 5 months...
