Unfortunately (Actually Fortunately) most seagrass beds are protected, and therefore you can't just go out and rip a few up and ship em. You will need to find a place that grows them to sell.
Certain species are pretty delicate and removal from wild beds would damage them pretty badly and they would survive the move.
I wish I could help you out more with this, all I know is that you can purchase bundles of Thallassia and some other species online, I don't know any specific vendors though.
Keep in mind you will need a fairly deep bed of ultrafine sediment, as well as enough vertical room and light to grow these guys.
