i feed mine, silverslides sliced and cut to look like ghost shrimp(small) and feed him 2 hrs after lights out, u have trick and train him, if he hasnt eatn in awhile , pick up some ghost shrimp, to throw in there, i had some survive, that he missed, well until he found them a few days later, good algae eaters too., and u could try waiting a week to feed, the starvation method, throw in some frozen krill, silverslides or shrimp, cut small, smaller then his mouth, just make sure it gets caught in the current, so he will chase it, and feed ur other fish, so there full, unless u have pigs like i did, feed them a 7 course meal and there still hungry
