| Kim, I have about another 2 weeks before the fish will be returned, by that time I am hoping that the shrimp (fry) will be in a seperate tank within the main tank and I will attempt to raise them from there. I have been doing water changes about once a month right now. What I am planning is this, one more water change in the next day or two, there are two more shrimp still carring eggs, once they hatch I will collect them into the fry tank within the main tank, then it will be cyclopeeze and other foods to get them going ( I want to see what the book has to say about foods), they will stay in the small tank for about 30 to 60 days, that should give them enough time to grow out to the point where they will want to be on the bottom and no water changes during this time. From there they will go into the 20 gallon that I am currently using as a QT tank (no I do not use copper in QT) they will hopefully grow out from there.
So the experament begins..... wish me luck
