The above staement is part of the photo contest announcement. What exactly do you mean by this? To me it means if I submit a picture for the contest, I lose all rights and benefits from said picture and if I should be lucky enough to sell said picture I am actually violating a copyright now held by reefsanctuary.
What I believe reefsanctuary means is that if someone gets ticked at the site they can't throw copyright up to have the photo removed, or demand royalties if the winning photos are used for RS products and what not.
Copyright law is probably pretty difficult for skilled lawyers (look at the napster situation), much less for a lowly civil servant like me. So tell us what you mean by this, please.
