Zoas turning white

Been having an issue with my zoas for the past few weeks. Been thinking it was water quality so I upped the water changes, but the palys are doing just fine, so i do not think it is the lights either. Water seems to be all in spec and I do not think there is anything irritating them other than the shrimp that walks everywhere. Tank is a year old. There is some algae on the rocks...is this really might be killing them?

What color were they before? Do you have any other corals in the tank besides the polyps? How do they look? If your parameters are in fact within reason, then too much light would be my first guess. See how a couple of them are folded back in the second picture? Sometimes this is an indication that the coral is receiving too much light. They're running away from it as opposed to stretching for it.

They are the pink ones in the middle left of the picture. Some of those zoa colonies have completely died away. I am not testing for alk. I will look into that the next chance I can go to the store. (wed) Do you think it could be the algae?

Calcium tested 380-400.

It is a LED ballast that I made. Dimmable with a strand of white, strand of blue, and a strand of cyan/uv/teal.
