Worm I.D.

I found this thing today in my sump, First time for my tank. Does anyone knows the type and if it good or bad?

Here is the pic.

I went through some sites and it is a common bristle worm, seems to be safe but have’t seen one this small. It is just about 15 m m (3/4 in) and narrow (2mm).

I had them in my nano but those were large.

It is a common bristly worm that most of us have in our tanks. Safe to keep.
