I never thought about using tape to hold the panes. We used wood blocks.

Thanks for the encouragement! :) It was fun!

In a few weeks I will be retro fitting the canopy with MH and some type of actinic lights ;) I will use my Hamilton canopy until then.

Woodstock's got a rainbow in her sump lol. Couple of questions tho, auto top off? whats left for room when power goes off? ok three whats the flow gonna be?? Steve

Sasquatch, it is a 40 gal; as it is now, it is only holding 31gal so I have room for 9 gal more. Even if the check valve fails, there is plenty of room to hold any backflow. I will use the same auto top off I have now. The reservoir will be kept right above the return pump on a shelf... the float switches will be placed in the center section along with the phosban reactor and skimmer.

Brotha... 13.5" :) I thought you were referring to the glass baffle :rolleyes:
