panmanmatt Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2008 #2 Bad. I have had those in my tanks. They feed on corals, usually soft corals or gorgonians.
tektite Active Member Dec 21, 2008 #5 It looks to be a member of the Tritoniidae family from your picture. Tritoniopsis elegans - looks pretty close but feeds on soft coral. Tritoniopsis frydis - also looks pretty close, and feeds on gorgonians. Not certain, but they do look pretty similar to yours. Don't look like they would be a wanted addition to a reef aquarium, IMO.
