Very Interesting :D Any1??

Anyone tried using a little glow-in-dark gravel with your current substrate?

I got the ideal of looking into this after seeing these beautiful pictures taken out on the beach and thought how cool would it be to capture the same thing in our saltwater aquariums. I thought it could be an interesting topic. I'm really excited about possibly doing this in my tank.

I'd like to see them in a tank just for the cool factor. Over a few weeks etc they may disappear under the sand in the tank but still may be cool. I'm just curious as to their exact composition as SW can be very hard on many materials. That reminds me I have a PAPER CLIP in my tank right now I need to get out LOL

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I was almost afraid I was the only one here who'd like to have this lol .. Supposedly they're made from acrylic so I don't think it should break down or anything. I do see my sand sifting starfish and snails mixing it up so with that being said I wonder how much I would need haha .. I want to try out the blue or blue/green color in my tank but afraid that my moonlights would just flood them out. I'm going to try this out though haha .. I never seen it done before so maybe you'll see me here later posting some pics for everyone :p
I think my beta is asking for some too lol
