Placed my 2nd order and John went out of his way to make sure it shipped so I could receive before I went out of town. Although I had some of the cerith snails die off due to a hermit getting in the bag with them I was happy with the experience as the package i ordered had somewhere between 30-40 dwarf ceriths and i received over 70 as that is where i stopped counting.
