I just up graded to a aquaclear 500gph 3 days ago it works really good the one pictured was 250gph. I really don't like sumps/fuge they are expencive and they are really noisy. Its a 40 gallon, hob aquaclear 500, hob corlife skimmer, and 2 power heads. All the rocks half way up are dry rock and I drilled like 10 holes in each to mount plugs. They fit snug no puddy or glue. Been using purple up for 1 month and it is the bomb lots of new coraline poping up all over the rocks and back glass

Tank looks great, Ive had my tank up for about six months and nowhere as close to that. Im starting to see little traces of coraline now. that purple up is working good for you. Do you have any problems with it?

The purple up fogs the tanks for about 45 min. The corals seem to love it as well as the coraline. But no problems at all.
