I like Dory
So do I.
...
We are Babysitting our 5 and 6 year old this weekend ...
If you get to my age and nothing hurts, ...
Had to google... Neuroma ... here hoping it gets better !
The initial treatment of a neuroma is nonsurgical. (A general principle of medicine is to reserve surgery for conditions that can't be treated with medication or other noninvasive means.) Depending on the location of the neuroma, some initial nonsurgical treatments of neuroma include the following
- tricyclic antidepressants
- anticonvulsants
- desensitization
- electrical stimulation - usually done with an Aiptasia Zapper (only by non-girly men) (for anyone new Paul invented this device...)
- ultrasound
- corticosteroid injections
I like the fish species, but I find calling it "Dory" is a bit of a travesty. This is mostly because the movie has cause so many unqualified people to want to keep the fish, resulting in much higher prices, generally much lower quality, and worst of all results in a lot of dead fish. Ditto for referring to a clownfish as "Nemo".
At those ages, it's time to put them to work on your tank. They usually like to help at that age and like the idea of being able to play in water.
