Strange long, skinny, white worm

Hey guys-- I noticed these critters in my tank today... any idea what they are & whether or not they are ok?? They stretch like crazy and appeared to be picking up debris and taking it back to the rock they are on.

I think it is a spaghetti worm... because the little white things I thought were worms are taking poo and old food back to some hole in the rock-- I can't see whats in the hole though!

So are these guys good or bad?
