Seahorse tail spots, help!

Here are a couple pictures of a few white spots I found on my male seahorse's tail a day ago. I am not sure if this is external gas bubble disease or some type of parasite? Does not appear to be on the tip of his tail, but he appears to be moving his tail a little more gingerly. I did a large water change, temp is 72, water parameters are within normal limits. He is eating frozen mysis, but not as large a volume as he used to. I have looked into getting diamox, but it is proving difficult to aquire. I've had the 2 seahorses for about 3 months now. The female in the tank is doing well, no signs of any issues. I have the hospital tank supplies, but wanted to get a second opinion before putting the male through the stress of a tank move. Thoughts? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciate!

Beautiful Poly! I used to have one like that. Hope he is doing OK. From what I can tell, the white dots are normal. Not ICH, its part of their camouflage.
