HELP! RT Distributors....Very unhappy :-(

Hello all;

We are sorry to debut at the forum this way, but...

We are an importing company in Spain, we made an order to RT Distributors in December 2014, and we made the payment in advance as we had read some post with positive feedback, and articles of this Wholesaler in Reef Central and Reef Builders, and gave us confidence and made us pay. Till this date, we have not received anything and they do not answer our emails. Somebody knows this wholesaler? Are they scammers? Should we denounce them?

I suggest you contact the vendor yourself. Few here are going to purchase wholesale, so we would tend to have little actual experience with them.

Also, it's been almost a year. If you haven't had this resolved by now, it's going to be very difficult to do much. Too much time has passed.

I've never heard of that distributor but I agree with what @DaveK said. I'm sure it has been very frustrating for you. Maybe you could contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and file a complaint with them. Never had to do this personally but this might be the link:
